Air Fryer Banana Oat Cookies

I totally made up this recipe on the spot but they turned out SO well and I needed to share!

I added protein to make this a balanced snack (containing protein and carbs) to keep me fuller longer and balance blood sugars better, but it can also be used as a post workout snack for that reason too! If you want to make these a more efficient pre workout snack, you can leave out the protein and eat 15-30 minutes before your workout!

In this recipe I am featuring my favorite protein powder that you have likely seen me use by now. The product is from UP2U nutrition and it’s always my go to, for two major reasons:

  • It's unflavored so it fits into any recipe adding a powerful 17g of protein per serving

  • It's third party tested so I know what's actually in it! It has that informed sport label right on it!

They are so well loved that they are currently out of stock, but product is coming back soon and will be available on amazon! Keep your eyes out and when ready you can use code UP2UJENNAW for 15% off your purchase. Our blog and my tiktok have a ton of recipes featuring the powder to keep you excited and busy!
