YOU SURE CAN! We require a minimum of 3 months for cash packages because we know change takes time. Change requires a commitment and we are looking for the people who are READY to commit to lifelong changes. After working with hundreds of people we have found that 3 months is a great amount of time to really begin to cultivate a new mindset and relationship with food and yourself. Lots of change can happen in that 3 months - and at 3 months you may feel ready to take this on on your own OR need a little more time and if you do, we are here for you.
