I am a Registered Dietitian, Private Practice Owner, Public Speaker, Content Creator, Podcast Co-host and Founder of ‘Happy Strong Healthy.’

THE PROCESS

ALL the Details:

  • Once you join, you get immediate access to our library of resources inside your Healthie profile. If you join early, you’ll also begin an awareness week process — which we LOVE and can’t wait to teach you about.

  •  For 6 weeks we will meet virtually with your small group:

    • Starting: TBD

    • 7pm EST

    • 60-75 minute calls to leave room for Q&A

  • Course Outline: Each week we have a topic prepared, but we will also leave room for flexibility for group needs- I mean, it IS about YOU right 😘

    • Weeks 1&2: Nutrition 101

      • UNlearning diet culture and relearning nutrition science. In this call you will also learn how to build satisfying and nutritious meals, the importance of blood sugar control, signs of hunger, assurance you are eating ‘enough,’ your hydration needs and MORE. This is your FOUNDATION.

    • Week 3: The role of Sleep, Stress + Inflammation in WELLNESS

      • Nutrition is about so much more than what you eat and how you move, let’s discuss it all and discuss ways to truly improve your wellness.

    • Week 4: Body Image + Reconnecting to your Body

      • Understand why the way you talk to yourself truly matters most, how to cultivate a mindful meal practice, break the restrict/binge cycle and understand emotional eating - and not to be scared of it.

    • Week 5: Finding Movement you LOVE

      • Healing your relationship with movement is a relationship you may not have known needed a little extra TLC. But it is just as important as your relationship with food and we are here to help you not only understand it but cultivate your healthiest relationship with it, for LIFE.

    • Week 6: Making Food FUN and Navigating Diet Talk

      • Learn how to eat for nourishment and pleasure, add food satisfaction to your meals AND learn how to apply this information to your LIFE and wherever it takes you.     

  • At the end of each session we will leave time for Q+A!

  • In between session, USE the private facebook group to get additional support and motivation. STOP using google to get your questions answered on nutrition, our team will be inside our private group to answer whatever you need AND you have access to all past lives, and posts inside the group now!

Phase 1: awareness
