Cookie Dough Smoothie Recipe

Who doesn’t love a good smoothie recipe? Especially one packed with so many nutrients!

  • Dates contain fiber, antioxidants, and potassium

  • Cacao nibs are rich in antioxidants, fiber, and polyphenols

  • Flax seeds have omega-3 fatty acids, lignans (reduce risk of osteoporosis), fiber, protein, and potassium

Never mind the obvious nutrients in banana, peanut butter, coconut milk, and the rest of the ingredients included in this recipe. Every piece of this recipe will have your body feeling amazing and leave you feeling satisfied.

This recipe also features my favorite protein powder that you have likely seen me use by now. The product is from UP2U nutrition and it’s always my go to, for two major reasons:

  • It's unflavored so it fits into any recipe adding a powerful 17g of protein per serving

  • It's third party tested so I know what's actually in it! It has that informed sport label right on it!

This product is available on Amazon and you can use code UP2UJENNAW for 15% off your purchase. Our blog and my tiktok have a ton of recipes featuring the powder to keep you excited and busy!

This smoothie covers all the bases for a balanced snack or meal and is great post workout!
