Limited resources or not, it can be boring to feel stuck in your routine with the same foods or same types of foods on repeat. However, one of our favorite ways to spice things up and make meals taste NEW, is by switching up your sauces!

We have compiled a list of shelf stable sauces to help you feel a little less stressed about your potential upcoming meals during this time. BUT ALSO, these are super helpful year round to keep cooking simple and FUN!

So picture this.

You have ground turkey, frozen broc and brown rice on repeat.

You start to get fearful you will be really bored of it in a few days. This thought makes you nervous and we know nerves and stress and mental health DON’T MIX. So what do we do.

OHH HEYYYY PANTRY PACKED OF SAUCE OPTIONS!

Literally, topping those 3 ingredients with new sauces makes all the difference, makes the dish consistently taste new. New is good. New makes us happy. New keeps us focused and excited.

You can also get some fun flavored mayos, some tahini to make your own hummus, oils, vinegars! GET CREATIVE. If you have the time, use it for fun things like this. I promise it will make things a little easier.
