Look, I get it, travel can be really stressful. Beyond just the actual stress of travel, when you are in a routine sometimes the idea of getting off of it can be TERRIFYING. That was me. I was terrified to leave my bubble and my routine in fear of what would happen.

Then I started to understand behavior change and behavior managment.

And truly, the game changed for me.

I was able to enjoy times, spaces, places and create actual memories when traveling, instead of either going CRAY because I had been so restricted, or continuing to restrict myself in the most beautiful places.
