Cookies and Cream Smoothie

It is 2023 and we are no longer drinking smoothies that don’t taste DELICIOUS. This smoothie is packed with protein and would be great for a snack post workout or between meals!

This recipe features my favorite protein powder that you have likely seen me use by now. The product is from UP2U nutrition and it’s always my go to, for two major reasons:

  • Chia seeds: great source of fiber, antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids
