Air Fryer Breakfast Pizza

This was a sick meal so you KNOW it’s very simple and very easy. I wasn’t looking to put in too much effort but wanted something nutrition, so the breakfast pizza was born! The icing on the cake is that there was virtually no clean up and it was made in my handy dandy air fryer✨

INGREDIENTS:

1 egg

1/4 cup veggies of your choice (I used chopped peppers)

Measure cheese with your heart

1 Pita

Garlic powder

Salt

Pepper 

EQUIPMENT:

Air fryer liners

Air fryer

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix ingredients together in bowl. Add seasonings to taste.

  2. Place the air fryer liner in the air fryer and add the pita to the bottom.

  3. Pour egg mixture on top of the pita. 

  4. Air fry until eggs are cooked through and serve! I paired mine with oranges.
