They are absolutely perfect for your meal prep routine - good for lunch or dinner, and SO easy to customize the flavor!

To make them Gluten Free you can totally swap in either ground poop like a champion cereal or GF GGs, to keep the fiber up (let's say about 3/4 cup) or even GF bread crumbs of your choice.

You also DON’T need to use the GG crackers at all, you can 100% use raw oats and ground them down to flour, bread crumbs or a flour of your choice - truthfully, especially now, USE WHAT YOU HAVE!

You can also swap out the hot sauce and swap in any type of sauce you want - maybe BBQ?
