Grinder Sandwich- But A Salad!

Who does not LOVE a Grinder sandwich? Taking the base of a recipe and switching it up for variety has been a game changer for me! And this protein packed salad has me feeling so satisfied I keep coming back to it!

Most of these ingredients you probably have in your fridge already so it makes an easy lunch to throw together on a busy day where you need energy!

We like to keep it simple around here so here are the things you should know about this salad:

  • The variety of veggies make this salad micronutrient packed!

  • Protein or bean pasta increases the protein and fiber that will keep you feeling satisfied

  • The flavors in this salad will have you loving every bite!
