In this video I will walk you through my number 1 recommendation of where to START when trying to change your lifestyle.

Before searching for ways to restrict your diet to create change, I am going to challenge you to instead look at this behavior method and apply it to all your meals.

See the changes you are working towards, the changes you want they come from a series of choices. Every change that comes in life is dependent on choices. Choices add up overtime to CREATE change. All change. Good change, not so good change, big change and small change. And the coolest part of this? You are the only one in charge of your choices. ⁣

Your behaviors and your habits are choices that you make every day. I teach my clients that when you have a goal, your choices need to be consistent with your goal in order to reach your most desired outcome. There are one offs and times that may not apply sure, but overall if your daily choices and your behaviors are so strong your outcomes happen just a little easier. ⁣

The other reason I focus primarily on behavior change with my clients is because, you can take your behaviors with you wherever you go. Once they are engrained, once they mean something to YOU, they just fit flawlessly into your lifestyle. No extra thought required. ⁣
