Oatmeal Muffins.

I was getting really bored of my breakfast options and really needed something new. After thinking about some ingredients I feel like I have been neglecting, I really wanted to add in some oatmeal back into my morning routine. I feel like sometimes it gets overlooked but it is one of my favorite energy boosting carbs 💪 anyways, I whipped these babies up pretty quick with super simple options. You can for sure edit it a few different ways and make tons of versions of these but for round 1 on this recipe it certainly did the trick.

Following the recipe I created will yield 3 servings of 3 muffins per serving.

Each serving provides: 225 calories, ~20g protein, 10.5g fiber

Suggested use: Pair with 1/2 cup berries + 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter, or 2 tbsp PB powder + a little syrup OR 1/2 cup yogurt or cottage cheese OR a combo of the above that fits YOUR NEEDS.

  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed

  • 2 scoops protein powder ( I used F-Factor 20/20 powder for the added fiber content of these muffins)

  • 1/2 cup liquid egg whites

  • 1/2 cup Powerful Yogurt vanilla

  • 2 packets QIA cinnamon oatmeal


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Start with 1/2 banana and mash in a bowl. If not ripe enough place in microwave and heat for 15 seconds and then mash.

  3. Add in remaining ingredients & mix well.

  4. Grease muffin tray with cooking spray.

  5. Pour batter into 9 muffin cups.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes.

  7. ENJOY!
